HouseParty is a week-long festival raising awareness of the state of housing, with a focus on the Ann Arbor-Ypsi area, the State of Michigan, and the nation at large. Events ran from September 12-17. Through fun activities, educational lectures, enriching partnerships, and more, the festival considers the two cities’ future regarding zoning codes, homelessness, Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), housing affordability, and mortgage financing.
