HouseParty is a week-long festival raising awareness on the state of housing in the contexts of the Ann Arbor-Ypsi area, the state of Michigan, and the nation at large. Events will run Tuesday, September 12 through Sunday, September 17 around downtown Ann Arbor.

Through fun activities, educational lectures, enriching partnerships, and more, the festival considers the two cities’ future regarding zoning codes, homelessness, Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), house affordability, and mortgage financing.
