into positive change

  • There are many people doing creative things that don’t find themselves in the “arts” category. We capture the broader net to introduce multidisciplinary collisions for new outcomes.

  • Make place that is accepting, supportive, and others can see themselves a part of. We can imagine new futures to inspire others to advocate and be part of permanent and systematic change. WE MAKE SPACE FOR CULTURE (to live). Permanent space for creatives and support interventions of the built environment that reconsider if and how the current conditions successfully support our community.

A group of five young people, three women and two men, gathered outdoors near a black food truck. One man is standing and giving a presentation in front of a large piece of paper taped to the food truck, which contains a mind map or diagram. The others are sitting on small black crates, listening attentively, with some holding drinks. The background shows trees and a clear blue sky.
  • Sharing and connecting resources that can propel projects and professions forward. Help build sustainable creative practices through foundational skills in accessing funds, education, and networks of support. Alternative modes of traditional models are disruptive and risky - they also lead to radical change into new territories. Strategic risk should be supported and rewarded. and space - property development
